State Laws & Overview
No statewide nude beach law. Haulover Beach and Blind Creek Beach are legal under county/municipal ordinances. Pasco County has the highest concentration of naturist resorts in the Western Hemisphere — over 25 clubs within a 30-mile radius. Nudity within private clubs is protected.

The most famous legal nude beach in the US. About 1,000 feet of designated nude beach managed by Miami-Dade County. Lifeguards on duty, parking, concessions. Consistently ranks among the best beaches in America regardless of clothing status.

Blind Creek Beach
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County
Remote barrier island beach designated clothing-optional by St. Lucie County. 3+ miles of beach with very little commercial development. Popular with naturists from the Treasure Coast.
Access: End of Blind Creek Road off A1A; accessible by foot or bicycle only
Playalinda Beach
Canaveral National Seashore, Brevard County
Northern sections of Playalinda Beach (lots 13 and beyond) have long been a de facto clothing-optional zone within the National Seashore. Not officially designated but widely used and generally not enforced against.
