State Laws & Overview
Oregon has two officially designated clothing-optional areas on public land: Collins Beach on Sauvie Island (managed by Oregon Department of Forestry) and the clothing-optional section of Rooster Rock State Park (Oregon Parks and Recreation). Both are legally established and well-maintained. Oregon's relatively permissive culture has made it one of the best states for naturism in the Pacific Northwest.
